CORRECTED and CONFIRMED: the "IMAR Lite" name was already right in the file; the JBD Hummingbird Mini II light engine detail was added, confirmed convergently by 52audio.com, search aggregation and reseller listings (no official English source was located, since inmo.com no longer lists the GO2)

CNY 4,999 at INMO's own Tmall store on 2026-09-06. It launched at CNY 3,999 in November 2024, with a CNY 3,299 launch promotion, according to Sina and Tencent. No price outside China found.

INMO announced the GO2 in Chengdu on 29/11/2024 as translation glasses, billing simultaneous interpretation across 40 online languages. The hardware serves that one job: a green 640x480 waveguide at 2,000 nits over 30 degrees, five microphones, a UNISOC W517, 2 GB of RAM, 32 GB of storage, Android 9.0, a 440 mAh battery and 61 g. No source consulted mentions a camera.
科技小队长Kevin, on Sohu, reported about 0.5 s of latency and over 90 per cent accuracy in everyday conversation, praised the meeting assistant that transcribes and identifies speakers, and complained that the lens warms up over long sessions. 数码真探, also on Sohu, found it better than a dedicated voice translator for quick business dialogue and worse on long sentences.
Whether an app can be written for it is not known. INMO's only official developer page for the GO2 teaches how to flash firmware, with links to flashing tools, drivers and ROM files, and a disclaimer about a failed flash. There is no app SDK, no developer registration and no app store, and no source says whether an APK can be sideloaded.
Two warnings. Those three reviews are self-media on Sohu, two carrying an AI-generated content notice, and no established outlet review was found. And the battery does not reconcile: 1.5 h on a reseller's spec sheet, about 4 h in 科技小队长Kevin's account, 8 h in the February review.
Verdict
The GO2 is a translation appliance: 61 g, a green 640x480 waveguide at 2,000 nits and five microphones on Android 9.0. It serves whoever translates a meeting, not whoever writes software: INMO publishes no app SDK, only a firmware flashing guide. Its three reviews are Sohu self-media, two flagged as AI-generated.
