Looktech AI Glasses are display-less camera glasses that funded on Kickstarter in December 2024 and now sell direct at looktech.ai for USD 299 (Kickstarter's MSRP was USD 349). Looktech's own specs claim a 13 MP camera at 2K/2104x1560, 32 GB storage, a 34 g frame, Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi 6 and 14 hours of battery.
There is no display and no onboard OS: the assistant, Memo, built on GPT-5 per Looktech's FAQ, runs through the app for iOS 17+ and Android 10+. Prescription lenses ship direct, Single Vision from USD 85 and Progressive from USD 165, in MR-174 material.
New Atlas called it one of the best-looking smart glasses it had tested, priced below display rivals; Yanko Design and GamesBeat liked its ordinary-eyeglasses look at CES 2025. smartaiwearables.com liked the light build but flagged crowdfunding delivery risk, already slipped to June 2025 at review time. New Atlas readers, in comments, raised privacy and face-recognition concerns about a face-worn camera.
