Pico has published no spec sheet: the numbers come from reporting, and the event at which they would have been confirmed was cancelled. [REPORT]

The coverage describes two chips: an XR processor developed by Pico itself, for video passthrough and sensors, alongside a top-end phone SoC for compute, with 12 ms end to end latency on passthrough. Pico has published no price. VR.org's coverage records a market expectation near USD 2,000 coming from analysts and from the community, with no official figure; the catalogue does not treat that as a price.

For

- Around 270 grams is light for a headset carrying two 4K panels.
- The reported two chip split puts passthrough on dedicated silicon instead of the main SoC.

- Pico cancelled its own reveal nine days ahead and has published no specification sheet and no price.
- Every number comes from reporting, and the event that would have confirmed them did not happen.
- Pico does not sell in the United States, and the launch has moved to the last quarter of 2026.
Verdict
This is a headset, not a pair of glasses, and it is here because it marks the ceiling the light devices in this catalogue are measured against: two 4K panels and 12 ms passthrough at around 270 grams. None of it comes from Pico, which cancelled its own reveal nine days out and has published neither a specification sheet nor a price. Until it ships, the useful reading is the target, not the product.
