There is no price because it is not for sale: the glasses go to Amazon's own delivery drivers. No source gives a figure, for resale or for fleets.

Our review

For

  • Amazon published the job itself: walking navigation to the door, hazard warnings and finding the package in the van.
  • Amazon says the frames take prescription and transition lenses, which is what an eight hour shift needs.
  • The vest controller carries a swappable battery, so the shift is not limited by what fits in the frame.

Against

  • Amazon publishes no weight, chip, camera, battery figure or price for the glasses themselves.
  • It is not for sale: the glasses go to Amazon delivery associates, not to a store or a fleet buyer.
  • Nobody has described a developer program, an SDK or a sideload path for it.

Verdict

Amazon confirmed this one, which is rare in this catalogue, and confirmation is all there is: no weight, no chip, no camera, no battery figure and no price, because the glasses go to Amazon's own drivers and not to a store. Nothing here for a developer to target. What is worth reading is the job description: turn by turn to the door, hazard warnings, and the right package inside the van.
