Notes
- 1.Display type. Binocular diffractive waveguide with a single 'one to two' optical engine (single light engine, dual eye), with a 0.4 mm thick lens
- 2.Chip. BES2800 (恒玄 / Hengxuan 2800), a 6 nm dual-core Cortex-M55 MCU; the whole device draws under 200 mW in the typical use scenario (real time translation), NOT at 'full load' as an earlier version of this record said. Corrected after checking: no source found mentions full load, and the VR陀螺 review that names the chip does not mention mW at all
USD 549 at LLVision's own store since the US launch on January 6, 2026. The January presale ran at USD 499, and VR Tuoluo saw CNY 3,999 on JD.com on January 29, 2026. No Brazilian price found.

For
- VR Tuoluo measured 8 hours of continuous translation, ending at 74 percent battery after 2 hours.
- At 49g with silicone nose pads, VR Tuoluo and NotebookCheck both call the fit close to regular glasses.
- The green micro-LED waveguide stays legible in bright sunlight, per VR Tuoluo and NotebookCheck.
- Gadget Flow measured translation latency under 500 milliseconds, and there is no camera built in.
- LLVision sells official prescription lenses and a clip-on sun lens as accessories.
Against
- There is no camera, no speaker and no photo or video capture, VR Tuoluo notes; it only translates.
- LLVision lists a Developer Kit, but no public SDK or documentation exists for outside developers.
- The AI assistant runs on a single cloud provider, Coze, which VR Tuoluo flags as a lock-in.
- NotebookCheck reports the plastic arms discolor over time despite the magnesium-lithium frame.
- It costs US$549 through LLVision's own store, and no official price or warranty covers Brazil.
Leion Hey2 is LLVision's translation-only glasses, on sale in the US since January 6, 2026 at US$549 (CNY 3,999 in China, per a VR Tuoluo review from January 29, 2026). Four microphones feed live captions onto a green single-color micro-LED waveguide, with no camera and no speaker on the frame.
VR Tuoluo's test logged 8 hours of continuous translation, ending at 74 percent battery after a 2-hour run, and called the 49g frame close to regular glasses. NotebookCheck and Gadget Flow both praised the display's legibility in direct sunlight, and Gadget Flow measured speech-to-caption latency under 500 milliseconds.
## Can you build for it LLVision lists a Developer Kit bundling the glasses, a case and an SDK for display and sensors, but the product page now redirects to the LLVision homepage and no public documentation was found. VR Tuoluo also flags that the on-device AI assistant runs through a single cloud provider, Coze, tying every session to that one backend.
Reviewers logged real limits too: NotebookCheck found the plastic arms discolor despite the magnesium-lithium frame and described a visible glow from the display's light diffraction. VR Tuoluo noted the knowledge base can run outdated and fast speakers can outrun the subtitles. With no camera and no confirmed price outside the US and China, Leion Hey2 fits one job, not general-purpose AR.
Verdict
Leion Hey2 does one thing only, live translated captions with no camera or speaker, and NotebookCheck warns the cloud based translation depends on a steady Bluetooth link. VR Tuoluo measured about 8 hours of real use and recommends it to travelers, hearing impaired users and multilingual speakers, not to anyone wanting a general purpose AR or camera device.
