China H1 2026 smart-glasses recap: retail volume up 96% YoY, sub-15g audio frames, RayNeo doubles down with GT and V4 lines

A mid-2026 industry recap (The Paper/Leikeji, citing RUNTO data) said China's smart-glasses retail volume reached 402,000 units in Q1 2026, up 96% year-over-year, with retail value up 102% to 810 million yuan. The recap said Alibaba's Quark, iFlytek, Huawei and Xreal all launched new models in H1 2026, RayNeo added both a GT-series AR line and a V4 AI-camera line, the lightest production audio-only AI glasses reached 14.9 grams bare-frame, and mainstream binocular waveguide models clustered in a 38-50 gram range.
