MobileSyrup had 10 minutes with it, liked the two displays and the indoor readability, and lost the online features to weak Wi-Fi. Geeky Gadgets credited the same displays and said restricted distribution limits the model. The longer tests are harsher: Notebookcheck and The Ghost Howls both drew little over an hour of mixed use from the 245 mAh battery, and The Ghost Howls calls 640x480 per eye low for 2025. An MSN headline, all we could read of it, says the glasses are technically impressive and far from easy to use.

For a developer the path is documented. Qualcomm's own developer portal describes a RayNeo OpenXR Unity ARDK with 3DoF, SLAM and plane detection, plus a native Android SDK, downloads hosted on Feishu, no waiting list or NDA mentioned. RayNeo's product page adds a Creator Mode over Unity or Android, but its own portal did not render here, so the sign-up flow is unverified.

It suits someone writing Unity or Android code who buys from RayNeo's store. Not a full day away from a charger, and not a buyer who has to import, which Geeky Gadgets calls costlier and complex.
