Counterpoint: global smart glasses shipments grew 139% YoY in H2 2025, Meta's share hit 82%

Counterpoint Research published its Global Semi-annual Smart Glasses Market Tracker for H2 2025, reporting 139% year-over-year shipment growth, with AI smart glasses (mostly display-less) rising to 88% of total shipments. Meta's shipment share expanded to 82% in the period on the strength of new product launches, with North America leading at 37% of shipments and China's share falling to 6% as new Chinese launches stayed low-volume.
